Peter walked along the river with his head down. He knew in his heart he shouldn't have been soo hard on Susan today but he couldn't help everytime he looked at her the images fill his head and the words of Aslan. He shook his head trying to clean his mind. He just needed to be away form everyone to be alone, so that he could think. He also now that his family more than likely thought he was an ass lately. He tryed not to show it but the images still came to mind. He bent over and spalshed some water in his face.

Susan rode along on Storm, her mind whirling to and fro, trying to figure out what she should think, and it was difficult to decide for herself what was best for her, because she really felt as though she loved Jake, even after everything that had happened. It was hard for her to focus, and so when Storm leaped over a log, she wasn't prepared, and flew over him, landing in the dirt next to a familiar figure. "Oh, Peter! Nice day for a ride, isn't it?" Susan asked him from the ground, as she began to giggle, which was something Susan hadn't done since Jake had given her the necklace and kissed her, and so it was clear she was feeling much better again. She dusted herself off, and glared at her horse, who merely snorted and trotted off to taste some of the grass.

Susan sat up, her eyes watching him curiously, and yet also a bit worried, as he spoke to her. There seemed to be something on his mind, something important, but why was it that he needed to tell Susan more than anyone else? Susan looked at him questioningly, but hadn't said anything yet, letting Peter explain it had to do with Aslan, and something in the future, and yet again, Susan was curious to know what was going on. "What is it Peter? And why haven't you mentioned this before?" Susan questioned him gently, but she understood, some things he couldn't tell her all the time, and the same with her to him. As she stared at the river, she thought about everything that had happened, and she knew for sure that she wasn't too happy leaving her siblings whatsoever. They meant so much to her, and it worried her that if she even left Cair Paravel for Jake's castle, they wouldn't like her as much. Though Susan knew it was nonsense, it was a fear of hers anyway.

Peter looked away. It was going to be hard to tell Susan about it but he needed to tell her. Then he thought about how she would reacted to the fact that he was going to die?!!!. No, he wasn't going to tell her that part he couldn't he would just tell her the words. He looked back, his eye looked right into her."When i went to see Aslan he told me this, ."There shall be the death of one king but he should a wake soon from his sleep to change Narina forever but this will all so cause the great king to fall and narina to fall with him". He sreached his sisters eyes agian before he anwsered again. "I am sorry Susan I wonted to tell you, but very time I look at you, images come to my mind about what Aslan said, but i know i needed to tell you before it was to late. He turned away and looked out into the water.

Susan couldn't explain why she was going cold, at least, after she had listened to Peter speak, but her eyes were huge and focusing on his face, and for a while, it was difficult for her to say anything. Then she stood up, and began to walk around, her expression surprisingly empty, as the young woman thought in silence, and was feeling perfectly shocked. "Peter....I..." Susan broke off, finding it hard to say what she had to say, but knowing she would say it, until she knew her brother would be okay. Her eyes stared at the river instead of Peter as she told him her own plan. "I think I'll just break off my engagement. I know I couldn't bear it if I lost you like I almost lost Ed...and to know that you already believe you'll go just makes it worse." Susan spoke, feeling her heart began to cry at her, but this was no time to listen to her heart. It was time for her to use her head, and she really wanted to be there for Peter, like he had always been there for her. True, she loved Jake, and couldn't bear to hurt him, but her brother came first, and besides, Susan wasn't sure she was ready to get married just yet anyway.

Peter turned around at Susan words. He looked at her with wide eyes, i shouldn't have told she he thought. He walked slowly over to his sister and put his hands on her's, he good eye looking right into her. He smiled,"No Susan, I don't wont you to be unhappy. I know that you love Jake and care for me, but i wont you to be happy and that's means staying with Jake. Things can change and i know what it is like to love someone dearly. He was talking about Amanda, ever since he had meet her he felt different around her and Susan cuase she was his sister and it was a brotherly thing to care about her. He looked back to his sister. "Susan, I wont you to remember this that I am your brother and I will always love you no matter what happens." With this he let go of her hands and walked over to Shadow and jumped on the young black stalloin. He looked back to his sister before he looked away and rode off to the castle. All he wonted to do was sleep or just relax. Be with Amanda, where he could just talk to her and she would sit there listening.
