Character Name: Lucy Pevensie
Age: Approximately twelve and one-half
Gender: Female
Height: Roughly four feet, eight inches
General Appearance: Lucy does not stand out among most people though that is not to say she is pretty; in fact, the girl is rather cute. She might be considered a little short for her age, but she doesn't mind that. Naturally, she retains a pale complexion with a few freckles dotting her cheeks. Her face is very rounded, having that child-like innocence. Two very round, blue eyes compliment her skin tone. Over the years, she has grown her brunette colored hair out where it now reaches down to her mid back and is naturally straight, though on occasion she might curl it, but she prefers it straight--less work. For her overall build, she retains the look of a child and only that.
As for her attire, unlike her sister, she is more of a tomboy and would rather not wear primitive dresses though this is not to say she does not dress nice, for she does. Though she would rather be in something a little less complicated than a dress at times, she makes do and is usually always seen with some sort of cape around her.
Personality: Lucy is the youngest, so is almost used to being teased, though she is respected. She does get along quite well and is moreover laid back on subjects. Though the youngest, she can be the strongest when it comes to faith in Narnia and Aslan, with whom she has a strong bond with. She is a very caring individual and hates hurting others; Lucy, however, is not shy and she is a very enthusiastic person, easy-going, easy to talk to, and very easy to have fun with. Laughing is one of her favorite things to do, and would consider it a hobby. But by no means is she perfect; Lucy can have a sharp tongue and say things she does not mean to and she tends to cry about things a lot (she is a very emotional person and keeping her face emotionless or blank is simply out of the question). Tolerating a complainer is something she will not do, and she can be very blunt at times. Since she is usually the first to see Aslan, convincing people can be very difficult, and although her faith seems rock solid, because others will not follow, she often times second guesses herself and therefore will not go. She is the youngest, and perhaps because of that it is why she still thinks that people who are older know better, the wiser they are so they say.
Lucy nevertheless respects people for who they are. She rarely makes first impression judgments (although it has been done) and accepts everyone for who they are--or tries to at least though it can be rather hard to get on her bad side for she does try to be patient. Being patient sometimes though is her heavy downfall. But overall, Lucy is a kindred soul who could not bear to inflict pain to another.
History: She was born the youngest, having an older sister and two older brothers. Her family was loving though she recalls (and still does) getting picked on the most, mainly by Edmund. When the second world war started, her life was changed, quite dramatically. Because it was too dangerous where she lived, her mother sent her along with her brothers and sister to England's country. Though she missed her mother, she knew this was for the best and adjusted as well as she could. Of course, she did cry but managed to be a "big girl" about things, and in wanting to take pressure off of Susan and Peter she kept more to herself about the issue and found things in their new home to do.
What she found first, when playing hide-and-seek one day, was a wardrobe in a room, standing alone. Curiosity set in, and she did need a place to hide, so she immediately went into her hiding spot, backing further and further until she felt something other than a coat brush her hand. What she saw behind her, she will never forget: Narnia, though at the time it was nothing more than a desolate, bare land with freezing temperatures. Blissfully unaware of the darkness that engulfed the lands at the time, she slowly wandered around until she managed to run into someone and instantly she hid.
The faun though, Mr. Tumnus, was quite nice and invited her in. They had tea, but the last thing she remembered was the soft yet somehow haunting lullaby which she fell asleep to. The next thing she knew it was dark outside and the confession of being kidnapped spilled. With the help of her new friend, she escaped the clutches of the White Witch and vaguely understood that there was an evil presence that ruled over the land. Immediately she burst out of the wardrobe and confronted her brother that she was fine, only then did she find out that she hadn't even been gone for so long.
Confusing as it was, she decided to tell her siblings which only resulted in them doubting her, asking her if she was fine, or told to stop playing games. These replies hurt and no matter how many times she tried talking of it, she was told to keep quiet. But finally, Edmund was the one to go into the wardrobe. She spotted him a few minutes or so after he entered and was terribly excited that her brother knew she was not crazy. Expecting him to be on her side, she went back through and told her other two siblings, who looked at Edmund, who testified against her.
Patience. Again, all were bored and they went outside to play a game, which only resulted in a window being smashed in and all of them immediately went inside. Though they tried to find a hiding place with no avail, Lucy finally saw the wardrobe and everyone ushered in, only to discover Narnia was real. And we all know what happened from there.

Lives in: Narnia
Rp Example: The winter had melted into spring, it had been spring for awhile now, but she could never forget the cold winter. Birds chirped happily and she couldn't help but smile and try to hum along to their sweet song. Currently she was alone, no one walking beside her, yet she wasn't alone. She heard a light scampering of feet and spied a smaller rabbit not too far away, and suddenly she heard something more, a voice that melted into the wind, that cooed her name softly, over and over again. She was not afraid though, the voice did not frighten her away but instead welcomed her.
Slowly she began to wander fourth, winding in and out of the trees, following the voice bfore it suddenly stopped. "Hello?" she called out, waiting for an answer that never came. Waiting in silence for a few moments, Lucy suddenly jumped when she heard the almost silent padding of larger paws: it was Aslan. Smiling widely she ran up to the lion, immediately stroking his soft mane. "Oh Aslan, you've returned!" Instead of speaking, he just looked at her. "No you didn't return?" No words, but his eyes told everything. "This is your last visit, isn't it?" She got the gist of a no, but this visit would be the last for a few years anyway.
A sad smile graced her facade as she looked down gloomily. Feeling now his soft breath on her, hope and happiness returned immediately, strengthening her once more. Lucy closed her eyes and upon opening again, the large cat who she had been sitting next to had disappeared. "Until next time," she murmured to herself while getting up once more to go and join the others.
